Chinese Veg Fried Rice
Delicious , super easy and quick recipe to make ,there are so many varities of fried rice but this one is my fav way of doing it,This is how they make it in Chinese resturants as you can see i have added very lilttle seasonings .Use fresh or leftover white rice for this easy, vegetable-studded fried rice recipe.I fry the grains in batches and season the dish lightly for a perfect texture and flavor.You can use your favourite vegetables too but peas,capsicum and beans combination tastes well.I have not added garlic and green chilly if you like it then go ahead and add it...this tastes super tasty even without garlic
Ingredients:
Oil – 2 tblspOnions – 1/2 medium size sliced
Beans – 1/3 cup chopped finely
Capsicum – 1 chopped finely (i used green, yellow )
Peas - 1/3 cup
Soy Sauce – 1 tsp or to taste
Salt to taste
Freshly Ground Pepper Powder – 1 tsp or to taste
Method
1. Heat 1/2 tsp oil on high heat.Add the beans , capsicum, peas fry everything separately for 5-7 mins (veggies will be cruncy)2.In the same pan add 1/2 tsp oil add sliced onion and add pan fried beans,capsicum and peas
3. Make sure the flame is low. Now gradually add the 1 cup cooked Rice ( rice should not be hot) & mix gently.
4. Now add the Soya sauce Salt & Pepper. Mix well .
6. Cook it further in low flame for a minute.
7.Serve HOT with Garlic Chilly sauce.
Your Veg fried rice without onion & garlic is ready to serve!!!
